Pricing Model and Commercial Alignment Pricing Model: Gulfstream Funded (Current State) Workspend proposes a transparent percentage-of-spend pricing model of 0.7 percentof total contingentlabor spend. This fee includes full MSP services and VMS technologyand aligns directly with Gulfstream’s existing operating structure. The model ensures scalability, budget predictability, and incentive alignment, enabling Workspend to continuously invest in automation, analytics, and process improvement without incremental cost toGulfstream. Alternative Pricing Model: Supplier Funded At Gulfstream’s option, Workspend can support a supplier-funded pricing model in which the MSP and VMS fee is incorporated into supplier markups rather than paid directly by Gulfstream. A supplier funded program fee may be greater than the 0.7% MSP fee. In that model, the difference between the fees can be an immediate rebate to Gulfstream.

Scalability and Future- State Partnership The proposed pricing and delivery model is designed to scale seamlessly with Gulfstream’s workforce demands. Expansion of services, new labor categories, or increased program complexity can be absorbed without fee changes unless scope materially shifts.
